This 4-day workshop was conducted in 2 groups, enhanced and developed the practical leadership skills of learners by delivering an interactive, comprehensive, and scaffolding curriculum covering the topics of:

-Leadership from Within
-Leading YOUR Team

This course included multiple hands-on training activities, work-based assignments, team challenges, and more! It followed the Gottfredson & Mosher research model to ensure that trainees training carries through transfer and becomes sustainable.

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE

This course was ideal for Medical and Health Professionals who are new to hospital management and have been tasked with leading Senior Management Teams in hospitals.

 

COURSE LEADER

Nadeen Faour

Nadeen is a highly proactive and result oriented training and development consultant with over 12 years of experience in this region, working in public and private enterprises as well as in the higher education fields. Nadeen attended university in Canada and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.

Her training skills have been particularly applied in the areas of Leadership, Team Building, Customer Service Excellence and Loyalty, Sales & Marketing and Advanced Communication Skills.
