The role
Reporting to the IT & Client Support Manager this position has two focus points, an internal one and an external one. As an IT & Client Support Engineer you will plan and maintain the organisation’s technical infrastructure, as well as solving individual employee’s technical issues. You will also serve our clients by providing product information and resolving technical issues related to inhouse and 3rd party products. Some of your responsibilities will include:
