Nadeen Faour
Nadeen is a highly proactive and result oriented training and development consultant with over 12 years experience in this region, working in public and private enterprises as well as in the higher education fields. Nadeen attended university in Canada and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
She is highly experienced in the multiple dimensions of Learning and Development, HR and cross cultural training dynamics. Her career has taken her from the academic realms of tertiary language education at University level, education coordination and marketing, to organisation and development at a major international hypermarket, through to learning and development at the region’s largest telecom provider. She is proficient in Design & Development of Training Programmes, Training Needs Assessments and Analysis and Occupational Testing & Psychometric Assessments.
Her training skills have been particularly applied in the areas of Leadership, Team Building, Customer Service Excellence & Loyalty , Sales & Marketing and Advanced Communication Skills.
