This ½ day session will be a continuation of previous activities including the ‘Leadership Challenge’ workshops taken by the lead Hospital Managers and their ‘right-hand’ associates. The session will be designed to facilitate the successful implementation of the leadership development plans for all participants and the movement towards achieving the shared vision for their hospitals.

Debbie Nicol is successful leadership consultant, operating a business consultancy and learning organization with the confidence of 28 years of professional experience in human resources, organizational development, and strategic change management. She is an Australian expat of 18 years and an accredited DISC behavioural analysist. Being in high demand for her leadership workshops, strategic approaches to organisational development and change, executive coaching, and public speaking engagements, Debbie’s unique value proposition is her ability to open the minds of those around her. Her corporate success has been supported by two Masters Degrees, a Masters in Online Education and a Masters of Linguistics.
