This ½ day session will be a continuation of previous activities including the ‘Leadership Challenge’ workshops taken by the lead Hospital Managers and their ‘right-hand’ associates. The session will be designed to facilitate the successful implementation of the leadership development plans for all participants and the movement towards achieving the shared vision for their hospitals.

Debbie Nicol is successful leadership consultant, operating a business consultancy and learning organization with the confidence of 28 years of professional experience in human resources, organizational development, and strategic change management. Her career has been dedicated to embedding lifelong learning into organizational behavior and moving businesses and leaders ahead. With a career spanning across several countries, she has efficaciously held many roles from teacher to trainer, to coach, to creator, to board-level confidante. She is an Australian expat of 18 years and an accredited DISC behavioural analysist. Being in high demand for her leadership workshops, strategic approaches to organisational development and change, executive coaching, and public speaking engagements, Debbie’s unique value proposition is her ability to open the minds of those around her. Her corporate success has been supported by two Masters Degrees, a Masters in Online Education and a Masters of Linguistics. Her clients range across sectors including Health Services, Banking, Logistics, Shipping, Oil, Retail, Hospitality, Information Security and Government sectors across Asia, Africa, and specializing in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia. She has notable experience working with hospital managers and other health professionals to develop their leadership skills.
