As part of the special project for Model Hospitals Leadership Development, this special session is a post-workshop continuation for ‘The Leadership Challenge’ completed in 2018. In this session, participants will participate in a whole group session to receive a briefing on requirements and expectations for their ‘Leadership Proactive Improvement Action Plan’ and work as a group to articulate a shared vision for healthcare improvement in Egypt and the role they will play as leaders in this initiative.
