• Faculty members and preceptors involved in student mentoring, and preceptor training/coordination; as well as faculty members interested to learn about this field for future involvement.

Course Details

This online workshop will provide strategies on how to ensure that a preceptor development programme is successful. Participants will review evaluation models and explore how they can be applied to their preceptor programme, but also discuss global assessment, site development, and individualised preceptor development.
