What is included
Following a consultation with the funding committee to define evaluation criteria, we create a custom-built pool of international experts, ensuring the integrity of the grant system. Reviewers are sourced and recruited within 15 working days of an application being submitted. Each report will be produced within 30 working days of an application being assigned, inclusive of reviewer recruitment.

Service for institutions
When a new grant scheme is announced, we consult with the funding institution regarding their specific evaluation criteria (subject matter, quantity and structure of the proposal, and preferred geographical location and seniority of the reviewers).
This information is used to source expert independent reviewers for each proposal. Each is interviewed and selected based on their availability and expertise. The reviewers are then screened to ensure there is no conflict of interest. We ensure each reviewer signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Once each review is submitted, we evaluate it to ensure fulfilment of the pre-established criteria. Anonymous double-blind peer review processes are maintained throughout.
Reviewer reports are delivered within 30 days from the date of application receipt, substantially reducing the time requirements for multi-tier review processes.
Once the reviews have been submitted, we produce a consolidated full-text report. Our team also provides an onsite feedback presentation to the research committee, analysing the strengths and weaknesses of the submissions and identifying potential capacity and capability-building requirements within your institution.
