We are thrilled to announce that KnE Publishing is on the steering committee for this year’s Peer Review Week initiative from the 20th – 24th September.
This year, Peer Review Week will be about identity and the impact that peer review can have in ensuring reliable scientific content remains inclusive. A community of publishers, individuals, and institutions will come together to discuss which steps can be taken to maintain equity, diversity, and inclusion among researchers and within the scientific milieu.
Our Head of Publishing at KnE, Emily Choynowski, commented, “We’re excited to be involved in this valuable initiative. We look forward to playing our role in spreading awareness about the event and peer review best practices in the region".
About Peer Review Week:
Peer Review Week is a global event celebrating the essential role that peer review plays in maintaining research quality. It brings together individuals, institutions, and organizations committed to sharing the central message that good peer review, whatever shape or form it might take, is critical to scholarly communications. We organize events, webinars, interviews, and social media activities.
