Knowledge E joins hands with Dubai Cares to adopt a school in Malawi

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, 28th December 2017 – In light of the UAE’s 2017 “Year of Giving”, Knowledge E has teamed up with Dubai Cares to adopt a school in Malawi. The Dubai Cares program in Malawi, which runs over three years, aims to build a primary school to seat a total of 150 girls and boys, increase school enrollment by 15-20% as well as employ 2 trained adult literacy facilitators with ability to teach rural adults the fundamentals of literacy with the objective of increasing adult literacy rates of 60 men and women in rural Malawi. Knowledge E’s pledge is to support a school per year until 2020 as part of Dubai Cares ‘Adopt a School initiative’.

We believe that schools are one of the cornerstones of education, and this project will certainly create a positive and lasting change in the lives of children and young people in Malawi.
