We are seeking a dynamic, strategic-thinking Account Manager to proactively develop new business opportunities and increase sales from existing clients, across the Academic and Government sector. The role As an Account Manager with a client-centric mentality, your responsibilities include developing trusted, mutually beneficial long-term relationships, building awareness of Knowledge E’s portfolio of products and services, and meeting with strategic stakeholders to achieve sales objectives. This role focuses on maintaining and developing a healthy and productive relationship with clients and external providers, within the assigned area and sector, with the aim of achieving the company’s growth objectives. It also liaises with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire client experience.
