We are now accepting applications for summer internships, which run from mid-May to mid-August. This internship is open to all university students, ideally located in the vicinity of Dubai, as it is based at our headquarters in Dubai, following a hybrid work model that combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote workdays.
The programme is designed to offer a high level of responsibility, a chance to develop a broad range of new skills, and a truly hands-on learning environment supported by expert and supportive mentorship. Our internship programme offers you a unique opportunity to gain broad experience from working with multiple departments during the internship period. You will have the chance to work with different teams, including Training and Digital Learning, Consulting, Publishing, Sales and Client Excellence, Marketing and Operations, and HR. Within those departments, your tasks might involve:
- Contributing to the full academic publishing cycle
- Managing social media accounts
- Creating blogs and other digital content
- Supporting digital event management
- Supporting training and digital learning content creation
- In-depth market research and consultancy projects
- Facilitating not-for-profit project development
- Contributing to lead generation and pipeline tracking
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Contributing to internal communication and well-being activities
- Researching best practices in talent management and development
- Learn about the AI-driven research and digital library platform, its features, and target audience
- Support marketing campaigns that promote access to academic research and AI tools

While there are no minimum requirements, what we look for in our interns are proficiency in the English language, good time management skills, familiarity with basic IT software, problem-solving skills and critical thinking, and most importantly, a passion for knowledge.
