The role
This role focuses on maintaining and developing a healthy and productive relationship with providers and clients to achieve the company’s growth objectives.
Some of your duties will include:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts across multiple touch points
- Collaborate closely with business partners and manage their expectations
- Handle a big portfolio of products/solutions
- Forecast and track key account metrics

Minimum job qualifications
- 3+ years experience in account management
- Strong sales track record
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Ability to handle complex negotiations and tricky situations

- Strong analytical skills and ability to see the big picture
- Experience in using Salesforce CRM
