The role
This role focuses on driving consistent and effective marketing communications across key channels. This includes ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, content reaches the right audiences, and results are tracked and reported clearly. Within that, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Plan, create and send email marketing campaigns, managing content, lists and scheduling
- Create and publish social media content across relevant platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule
- Coordinate and operate the webinar programme end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, communications and on-the-day support
- Compile regular reports on campaign and channel performance using analytics tools, surfacing key insights for the team
- Support the maintenance of the campaign calendar and collaborate with team members to align activity across channels
You are
Well-versed marketing professional with hands-on experience across email marketing, social media, webinar coordination and analytics, as well as eagerness to learn and develop. You are an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and highly organised individual who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and you take ownership of your responsibilities with persistence and care.
Minimum job qualifications
- Familiarity and experience using email marketing, social media and analytics tools (such as MailChimp, Google Analytics, Social Pilot, etc.)
- Good written communication skills in English
- Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with data and basic analytics
- A degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and is keen to learn
- Attention to detail across content, scheduling and reporting
- Good understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Strong stakeholder management
