Hosted by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF), this congress will explore how the implementation of UNESCO’s 2019 Recommendation on Open Educational Resources (OER) can strengthen global digital cooperation. Through insightful discussions and interactive workshops, participants will explore how OER can bridge digital divides, enhance access to quality education, and drive inclusive growth in digital knowledge-sharing communities.
