Centered around the theme, “When the winds of change blow, some build walls and others build windmills,” the 2026 conference dives deep into the seismic shifts reshaping scholarly communication—most notably, the rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and agentic workflows into library systems, and the evolving criteria for evaluating and governing AI responsibly.
