2022: The Start of Our SDG Journey
As early signatories of the SDG Publishers Compact in the region, Knowledge E empowers researchers in emerging economies to disseminate their findings widely.
Our philanthropic branch, the KnE Foundation, also translates SDG principles into meaningful action.
By providing affordable, reliable access to scholarly literature through Zendy, we are actively contributing to a more informed and equitable world.

KnE Publishing Joins the SDG Publishers Compact
KnE Publishing became one of the first institutions in the Middle East to sign the United Nations–endorsed SDG Publishers Compact, committing to champion the 17 SDGs through publishing, operations, and advocacy

First Anniversary as a Compact Member
Celebrating our first year as a signatory, we executed impactful initiatives aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure), and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption & Production)

Publication of Our First SDG Progress Report
We released our inaugural SDG Progress Report, marking transparent accountability in areas such as equitable education, open dissemination via Zendy, Open Science through F.O.R.M., and progress toward a carbon-neutral office
