The Knowledge E Foundation is a community interest company that is constantly growing and intensifying its activities to contribute to more diverse causes and offer aid wherever possible. As the philanthropic arm of Knowledge E, the KnE Foundation tends to focus its efforts on funding education projects, building and renovating schools in remote areas around the world, contributing to disaster relief efforts, empowering research, and endorsing the movement towards Open Science.
The foundation’s initiatives have left a lasting positive impact in many countries around the world, including in Cambodia, Egypt, Malawi, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Senegal, and the UAE.
Most recently, the foundation launched the Forum for Open Research in MENA (F.O.R.M.), a non-profit membership organisation that seeks to promote the advancement of Open Research policies and practices across the Arab world. Learn more about this significant regional initiative here.
